Help w/Arlo App and iOS 13.1.3

I have an iPad Pro 9.7 with the latest iOS and latest Netgear Arlo App 2.9.1(1134). Arlo crashes every time cameras are accessed, every time library files are opened to view. Arlo tech has asked me to send a video of the crashes but every time I’ve tried using the screen capture tool on tools, it too also crashes and results in no video. I took the iPad over to Apple and the ran diagnostics on it and they found nothing. We have wipe the unit clean and only installed the Arlo app. Same thing. Question, are there any app I can run in background and capture the memory usage/ diagnostic behind the scene? Any other thoughts would be appreciated also.

Did the app work properly before the last iPadOS update? If so, maybe the problem is that the app has to be updated by the developer to make it compatible with the latest iPadOS update.

The app worked fine with iOS 11.1 and Arlo ver2.6.1 but then both were updated automatically I guess. Some things worked, some didn’t. Arlo tech said unload app and delete it and reinstall. I’ve done this several times along with creating a completely new Apple ID and complete reset of iPad with only the Arlo app? My iPad is probably about 3yrs old so it maybe end of life. Maybe a new one would fix the issues...
