Does anyone have stakes, deeds, bolts, tape I can buy max price or trade for?

I need:
5 bolts
6 tapes
8 stakes
deeds

I can trade with:
8 mallets
5 screws

...and sugars/dairies in these ratios based loosely on production times --
4 cream:1 exp/building mat (20 mins)
4 brown sugars: 1 exp/building mat (20 mins)
2 white sugars: 1 exp/building mat (40 mins)
3 cheeses: 2 exp/building mat (60 mins)
1 syrup: 1 exp/buildling mat (90 mins)

Open to haggling with ratios also. This is what I have been trading other members

Currently in stock : 20 creams, 18 syrups, 19 white sugar, 15 brown sugar, 6 cheese, 8 mallets, 5 screws.

I don't live in london anymore and I seriously miss it. Been living in Essex (I hate it) for about 11 years now.
I'm ok, have had a productive farm day. Barn & silo upgrades, co-op II achieved and now I'm diamond hunting.. and newspaper trawling, lol

How many to go?

It turned out to be really helpful to click at fruit-ads in the paper. Chances are good they just harvested, then again chances are good it was the third time and they need reviving. Quite effecitve thing to do with otherwise boring papers

811 to go. Lol... I have tried going after the fruits ads but haven't been overly lucky. Will keep going with that tactic, I'm sure it will pay off in the end
