Pleasant surprise just now, Beep Beep 3 just completed, 10 more to go... though I reckon Helter Smelter 3 takes almost a year with 5 smelters, and I only advertise maybe twice a day so that neighbours can check first.

Sell lots of wheat and advertise that. It always seems to go quickly even at full price
