I felt soooo guilty about my dogs too! Bacon drought, who'd have thought it? lol.. I finished with the event earlier on today and am now trying to fill the hole it has left in my grilled stock.. :O

I used to have a large supply of bacon...now I go from harvest to production in no time and then wait (impatiently!) until they are ready for the next harvest.

Be glad when this one is over. Right now I'm torn between finishing the challenge and selling my stock of bacon and eggs!

It's about finishing a dumbass event. I need to feel accomplished and I've been participating so long if I give up now I will feel like the worst failure ever.

I picked my battle and this was NOT it! Boat after boat: bacon, eggs, or, you guessed it, bacon AND eggs. So no global event for me!

I finished it, trying to get my hubby there but I will be glad when it's over! I wish they would change the items at each tier so as not to have a complete shut out of things. I've managed to stay up on grill items( because I knew when it started what was gonna happen) but bacon is very hard to find right now!!! I pretty sure the next event will have to do with the new fish but it will be interesting to see what happens after that.
