This may be off topic, however you all seem to know your stuff. Does anyone know why my screen shots are sideways, I've been thru the settings, held the I pad all different ways but all my screen shots turn out sideways???

Well, I don't know why they are always sideways, but to change it go to photos then select your screenshot, press edit in the upper right corner, press rotate then rotate the screenshot.

Got update! Goats! Goat milk! Apple pie! Feta pie! ...they also refaced the smelters and jam machine...they look cartoonish and don't match the rest of the game now.

My husband and I are both on 50... I have the errand boy and he doesn't, I'm thinking a glitch or something.

I'm level 39 and I've used errand boy twice now. He takes a 2 hr nap in between helping. Got the little girl, too.

He was there for me right after update (lvl41). My wife is 6 levels higher and has everything that I do, but has no errand boy. I did notice that he is only running errands for me for the next 2.5 days ( there is a timer). Wonder if he rotates.

What kind of errands does he run for you? Also, what does he cost? Diamonds? Money? If diamonds, maybe your wife didn't have enough diamonds to pay him?

I'm level 40, and have not yet seen him. Have plenty of cash, but few diamonds.

Maybe there are relatively few of them in the game, and he shows up sporadically because of that.

And from @patcha123, we know that Tom needs to take a nap for 2 hours between his work, lol.
I'd like to know more about what we can order him to do, and how he do that, if @patcha123 would share...

Well, it doesn't seem to be be diamonds that make the errand-runner appear. As an experiment, I bought some diamonds to see if he would magically appear, and no luck.

So, if you were thinking of running the same experiment, I have saved you a few dollars.

I only have him for the day (teaser). Then my option is to hire him. Don't think so. When you click on the box, he'll ask you what you're searching for. You pick from any item in barn/silo even if you don't have machine. I clicked on ice cream cones. He goes and searches farms, comes back with 3 different quantities. You pick one and he gets it and brings it back to you. Of course, you have to pay for it. It saved me cuz I had ice cream on my boat order and no machine to make it! Cool feature but after today I'd have to hire him. Can't afford him at this point in the game.
