Not to be rude or disrespectful, but do you actually fill your own crates? I have noticed that you are happy to come on here asking for people to fill your crates but you offer no thanks to anyone and do not engage in any form of conversation. Most people on here talk to each other and help each other out, if you can't even say thank you to people less and less are likely to help you. Just some friendly advice, that's all

Just an interesting observation:

This is not even about farmers here, just something I've really noticed while playing over the weekend. When I browse through the paper, I often look around the farms which have the advertisements placed to look for trees that need reviving, see if there's a toolbox, or to check to see if they need boat help. What I've noticed is that an overwhelming majority of people fill their boats themselves except for ANY of the sugar and dairy boxes, especially sugar. Like they don't even fill one themselves. Now, you can't tell me that people with giant barns at high levels don't have nine sugars lying around their barn. They want other people to use their own hard earned sugar to fill up the boxes. They just don't want to use their own. I just don't understand this mentality. If you wouldn't "waste" your own precious sugar on your own boat, why do SO MANY players expect others to?

Like I said, this is not about people here, just strangers farms from the newspaper.

I've noticed this too and I think it's crazy!! You said it right i mean really you won't use some of your stuff but expect me to use mine??? I noticed this when going through farms in the papers too!

I've noticed that too! I don't fill sugars or creams on principles so I just ignore them. Sometimes I don't even fill other crates (non sugar, non cream) since I see it as a waste if they can't complete boat.

I too have noticed that! I won't fill sugar unless it is someone on here that know then I am more than willing to help out, I have even stocked up on sugars and syrups just in case.

It's very annoying, I don't even fill my own sugar boats I just send them on their way now, much less fill others. I will help my friends who need help with captain but other than that I need my sugars to make my own products. If I do ask for help with a boat I don't expect people to actually use their hard work to finish my boat unless they want to.

I tend to only full others boats when I have surplus of that product or I don't need that product anymore.

I will fill what I have available of my own crates and then will open all the rest. I like to open wheat and simple ones just so others can get the XP and the co-op achievement. I tend not to ask people to fill my crates as I have done the captain achievements so don't need to send every boat. I'm happy for people not o bother, I just like to give them the option

This I understand for other items, but sugars are a high and valued commodity here among lots of players.
