It's based on hours you use the machine, it should tell you how many hours for the first star. Then it increase by 10% in coins on truck orders, then xp, then it cuts back on production time when you reach 3 stars.

For the smelters: it seems to count the hours of all the smelters combined, making the 390h for the first star a bit less ridiculous.

Trying to farm the equipment and I am filling my barn and silo with items I can't get rid of as quickly and get stuck with full brn and silo and I have to wait for someone to buy before I can do my next move....

Looks like the best way is to just sell nd forget of trading?

If you want quick sale, don't go full price unless they're sugar, dairy and later cakes and juices. Eggs and bacons sell at 150. I don't sell eggs. I sell feeds. Manage your farm first and then go for achievements.

Yesterday you did TT3. Baffled me. That's why I asked if you're doing captain and tt. You haven't been able to fill boats on you're own due to lack of machines and you're doing something else? Most who does TT3 spends day prepping. That way they not only achieve, they get xp AND coins.

Thanks! I noticed the hours, I just wasn't sure if it was items per hour or some such thing. So basically, I just need to keep the machine running constantly for that many hours.

Yep, I without thinking spent 560 diamonds thinking it was required to get it gold

Yeah I'm glad they combined it, otherwise we get super old waiting to reach those hours.

I could have Keapts going but the stupid achievement stops at 20 and resets back to 0 for the 30 for 30

You don't need the mine/smelter right away. But the other machines make good stuff. This is a waiting game. You can't rush things or you'll end up broke and not accomplishing anything.
