No but you can see what is in their boat orders. If you try to load it, it will not work.

What do you mean? If you mean increasing your ques, you have to use diamonds.

You have to collect the items it requires for that building...for example a barn upgrade requires bolt, planks and duct tape.. If you tap on your barn it will show you what you need to upgrade

Normally I would have sent it without even allowing it to lower anchor but I'm trying to complete the Captain II Achievement. This is boat number 6. So I'm going to have to take this financial loss for the achievement.

Yeah that achievement is going to be hard to pass up on. A lot of people who weren't filling boat orders are most likely trying to complete them now.

I just completed Captain III achievement , 12 consecutive orders , the last one was disaster , 14x4 brown sugar, 9x3 white sugar and 9x3 butter and I made it ... it was mission impossible
