Frozen email screen

I open the emails from my desktop and it is frozen, tried closing down and reopening but doesn't work. Any advice please

Have you tried a simple hard reset to flush your cache?

Hold down the Home and power buttons simultaneously.

Hi, I took the advice and held down the power bottom and restarted, it worked, thank you
