What kind of fraud did he commit, and was it with you?

More importantly have you reported him to eBay instead of posting here? I assume your posting about it here because you tried to buy an iPad from him?

It appears like there was a problem with his recent listings and closed his account. He's not selling anything anymore so I don't believe anyone has to be worried.
