E Mailing From IPad

My wife is trying to Email from her I Pad pro, It won't work and she says she has in the past. What could be the problem?

Um what email does she use? It might not be set up for email right if it was updated recently.

Our E Mail goes through Yahoo ATT .

As always, first try powering the iPad off and back on. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset: hold the sleep and home buttons in together until the Apple logo appears. If those don't work, ask for more help here.

If that’s an online account: is it possible to login online, using a browser? Problems with that would point to an outage of the service. Yahoo is down right now in parts of Europe and the USA, e.g.

Has she recently changed her password and maybe overlooked changing it on the iPad Pro for that account?
