Dropped

I dropped my Ipad2 a short distance from my chair to the floor. At the time, the cover was on and the Ipad2 was inactive. Everything works fine except for Safari now. I can enter a URL, or use bookmarks, all of the various ways of getting to a website, but when the page loads, the screen is dimmed and will not move or navigate, as if another screen was waiting for an answer. Cannot move page up, down, or change size. I can get to an initial page but cannot navigate around it, open links from it, or even move it.

What should I do?

Reset iPad or try installing new browser from app store

How do I reset the Ipad?

I can go to the ipad page on safari; but, there starts the problem ... won't activate the page.

Is there something on settings to reset?

just restart first. turn off and on
