Just a little correction, Jailbreaking is actually good, it allows you to customise your device and add functionality......unfortunately some folks who are jailbroken then choose to use piracy tweaks/apps which are not good and are generally illegal, it is these which those who are cheating are using but we completely agree with your sentiments about those that cheat.

I feel sorry for those who didn't get the Equinox, but feel sorrier for those who didn't get the Paper, cause it might not come back anymore, Paper is only use for 1st Anniversary. If they will make another dragon for their 2nd anniversary it might be Cotton Dragon.

Paper is useful for shrines too, cause of 4 elements . Easier to breed than Panalong (time wise)
