Lichen and Storm in the EBI seems to give the best results. Nearly 1 in 3 tries over a sample of 50.

Much testing has been done in the past on trying to get a Sandstorm with Air and Mud, using different levels and changing the order. Neither of those things made any difference what so ever.

Hmmm...pondering this answer. Thought question was about Bloom. ***scratching head***
