Yeah my daughter was really upset after updating to 1.4. She figured now that the snow was gone she'd missed her chance to get the Reindeer. But both of them got it after that update. Maybe 1.5 has removed it, but I'll have 30 or so shots to see how I go before I upgrad the shrines. lol. Thanks for the good wishes.

Is it possible to pass along viruses with apple? Cuz I been noticing dragonvale been slow in booting up and froze last night when trying to collect coins from friends. Has anyone else having similar issues? Could be a glitch with the update?

Is there a way to "end task" on apple iPad? Like how you would do it on a pc.

Haha, same as me, I lost out on one lvl 15 back then too. Yesterday I sold 2 after feeding them from lvl 13 to 15. I needed the room for my second blue fire and third Panlong. I guess it could have been muuuuch worse, at least they count towards the shrine.

Im dredding using all that food to level them to 15 only to sell them! I may cry!!

Im considering putting alot of my dragons in the HC and selling the habitats. Then breed a few more rainbows to try and make some serious coin for food. Once ive gotten my gold shrines, sell the rainbows and rebuild my other habitats for my stored dragons. What ya think?

Just a small update. I still haven't been able to breed a sun dragon, and the only new dragon I have so far is the iceberg. Although, my nephew has bred a panlong using fog and lava. Umm....Bashen out. ;-)

Yeh, I think I will try that next. I guess I should clear out some fogs and build a couple new habitats. I don't want to get rid of my first blazing lol. Stupid I know but it was the first way back when. I'll have to see if maybe I have something else in those habitats that I don't mind getting rid of. Oh and the blazing/mud pair I'm using are leveled to 15. I have been switching the order back and forth every so often as well.

I have all the dragons i originally bred except my plant dragon. RIP Antok had to sell my plant habitat plus it makes noooo money!

Great idea. It would be hard to delete rainbows as they are so hard to get and look beautiful.

I play another game where you tip other players and it has a newsfeed which tells you who left your village tips and in order so the latest one is on top. Something similar for GV would be good.

Yeah for some reason I'm also able to send out 12 gems In one day every couple of days with by the way has helped me shorten my gemming back to friends list quiet considerably. Could be a glitch or a bonus but who knows will see. And good luck to everyone with breeding what you need and what you want, have fun everyone. Breed on!!!!

Hi all,

I've been playing DV for the last week or so, and lurking around here for the last couple of days. I don't have an iPad - I'm playing it on my iPhone - hope that doesn't mean I'm not allowed lol.

I'm currently at level 16, working my way through breeding all the water and air hybrids. I've been trying for a Panlong for the last couple of days, and I've now got one cooking away in my breeding cave (L7 Mud/L7 Blazing). It's my first rare, so very excited (second if you count the Blue Fire I got yesterday).

The answer is.....drum roll....... The Water boost (makes sense) combined with the Fire boost (huh!!??). The Earth boost kills it, even though many are sitting in Earth habitats.

So do you realize that with the weird combination of boosts and habitats that an Earth habitat with three level 15 Panlongs produces 1,233 gold coins a minute? For comparison, a Rainbow produces 400 a minute. That means that those Earth habitats fill up in an hour, even with their $75,000 capacity (highest of all the habitats).

Makes it very expensive to sleep at night - and hard. . It is one advantage of being in a hospital bed for a few weeks though (there aren't a lot of others I can think of, but one looks for silver linings).

One could assume since water and fire make air that it would yeild the most coin as the panlong has fire, water and air elemnts

I too still cannot breed a sun dragon. Just keep getting moons. On the bright side I have a panlong in the hatchery. The sun has not risen for us yet!
