Hello dv addicts, just curious if anyone else is seeing Anatasia name missing on the friend list in Dragonvale. I noticed it yesterday and than I saw it in very small text. Today its gone again. She the only one. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this in dragonvale.

Yeah I've got a couple like that I think it's because they've added something else to it like in gc request from anastsia it had a little Rose after her name and another friend had a monkey on the end of his and both of them flash funny in my friends list x

The answer is.....drum roll....... The Water boost (makes sense) combined with the Fire boost (huh!!??). The Earth boost kills it, even though many are sitting in Earth habitats.

So do you realize that with the weird combination of boosts and habitats that an Earth habitat with three level 15 Panlongs produces 1,233 gold coins a minute? For comparison, a Rainbow produces 400 a minute. That means that those Earth habitats fill up in an hour, even with their $75,000 capacity (highest of all the habitats).

Makes it very expensive to sleep at night - and hard. . It is one advantage of being in a hospital bed for a few weeks though (there aren't a lot of others I can think of, but one looks for silver linings).

Nope. In the middle if the night I was able to start fog/lava again to get a lava. This morning started mud/blazing again for either fog or blazing. 43 tries total so far and nada for panlong.

I do like my islands, they are different because of the letters. Also helps me keep track of them when I collect money, because I take them in order..

That's close to the boost that I lucked into. They quote the normal level 15 rate as 265 and mine are at 411, which is 40% boost. I got lucky with that one.

A Saturday Quiz

I found out something really interesting - and completely counter intuitive. On my Chinese gold coin factory island, I have three Earth and two Water habitats, all inhabited by Panlongs I experimented with various combinations of boosts using Fire, Water and Earth boosts. With every possible combination but one, the Panlongs produced 342 gold coins a minute in both Earth and Water habitats. With one combination, and only one combination, they produced 411/hour, an increase of 20%. Guess which combination produced the best result? Remember, it's counter intuitive (at least it was to me).

Air and Earth are opposites and cancel each other out. It should be Fire (opposite Cold) and Water (opposite Lightning).

Ok...just thought of another idea...what do y'all think of having a box on the friends screen that YOU could check and uncheck as you send and/or receive gems? Just trying to come up with some possible solutions to our problem. Or maybe...when we send a gem it automatically puts the name at the bottom of the list, AND there is a check box that we can check for when we receive a gem back from that person. That way we wouldn't have to keep crazy lists, and the game could keep track for us! Or even better...the game put the check mark in for the person(s) who sent the gem!!! No tracking at all for us!!! Just go in to look and send!!! Curious what you guys and gals think. Or am I just nuts??? dde01dde31ddc8e
