Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Well i have the 4th and 5th islands, but am so broke from buying the 5th island, have no money to clear it! Oh well. Still playing with the arrangements of the islands. Finished my 4th island though happy about it too. Does anyone know at what point the next island becomes available and for how much?

this is ridiculous backflip! The sad thing is if they don't keep up on this forum, and this has never happened to them they may not ever send another thinking you are taking and not returning....these are the things that bother me when this happens.

Yeah it's kind of depressing how quick it goes. I was at almost (only!) 50 million a little before the update, then spent 20 million on food and 10 million on the Air shrine...
Since the update, despite saving as much as possible otherwise, I've bought my island for 10 mill and various other buildings/decorations/habitats etc so I'm not yet even back to 35 mill
Maybe, since I'm not planning to level up my dragons past 10 just yet, I'll be able to catch up to some of my high earning friends this update though?!!

Yeh it is. Lol you will probably pass a bunch of us. I decided to try to finish the air/water because if I don't do it now I will really waste all that food and cash. Problem is even with 5 water habitats that I have now I can only hold so many (20) so well you see my point. This is BS in my opinion....that will be 30 wasted fog dragons in the end that have to be sold so I guess I will only get so many to level 15 for now...maybe forever because I don't want to keep doing the same things over and over...it needs to change for me to stay interested and not get bored.

Edit: make it 6 water habitats holding 24

I just hatched my moon, they named it Geoff, what the heck is that all about? Couldn't think of a cooler name than that

Lol I think all of us end up with that name but on our rainbows! I still haven't changed mine yet. If I remember right I think I named my moons cosmo and moonbeam or something like that haha

I keep getting 14hr mountain dragons out of this combo.... Maybe try the Mudd next time hehe.

So I got another 48hr breed (blue+crystal) and was so excited that I accidentally hit yes to speed up. Ugh! I was only 22 more gems away from the new gem tree! So frustrating!

.....but I did put the same combo right back in and got another 48. That will make the 4th sun. Only have one moon and no rainbows, but at least the suns will make me some cash while I try for the others!

I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm clearing the 2nd island though. Yikes! You and Michelin are fast! Hahaha. My 4th is a mess and 5th will probably be too today. I'm assuming maybe it is available at level 26? what level are you now? Will have to go look. I don't even want to know...I mean if 4 was 10 mil and 5 was 50 mil will it be like 100 mil?

Brooklyn or Corey...we need your expertise! What happened to you two? I hope all is well. I'll send Corey a email if we don't see one of them soon....

NO! Holy crap! Lol really? That is awsome to get 2 back to back like that! :thumbs: yes, the cash is much needed so it will be good for you either way.

How do u name ur dragons?

Just go to the habitat and click on the dragon you want to change the name and click on it's name...you can delete and change the name right there. :thumbs:

StormEvans had a couple of really great suggestions (here: http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-game...tricks-no-friend-requests-444.html#post405604) when I first mentioned wanting to rename my Geoff.
I had already chosen Bright (a play on 'Rainbow Brite' but spelled like the name of a male character from a fave old TV show = the name is unisex) before I saw those so I am keeping them in mind for a future Rainbow dragon!

I just learned about the new islands...holy crap! What am I going to do with those??
2 of them fit me just fine, and I have my 3rd filled like a little village, with an inn, colloseum, dragon keeper houses (one for each type) and farms
Guess I'll start a second rural village and make this one more of a city.

No, that's not true, TWO of my rainbows were named Geoff!!!
