So, when a new dragon comes into the market and I need one or two of these elements I sell off an Olympus habitat or two and park my Olympus dragons in my hibernation cave. This time after my second motley dragon commenced incubating, I immediately sold off my large plant habitat as it had 2 plant, I poison and 1 flower dragon in it. Wasn't thinking straight as I didn't think to wait for my second motley egg to incubate so that I could then breed them for my display egg. My little motley dragons are in my hibernation cave still sitting on level one, and I can't feed them yet. Silly me! Still, glad to have them.

Congrats Aries! It really is a great feeling. Especially now as your breeding caves can be free for diamond when it's released in the next day or two!

Wow! I knew that you didn't have a plant hab per your message, but I didn't know you don't have fire either! And you can still make it work?! When u said thunder hab, did u mean lightning? That has a really low cap too!

Am I correct to think that even if Diz stores an unused hab, she still can't go above her total habs?

I have been wondering WHAT they will come out with after all birthstones are cycled through. :-)

Habitat in the Storage Tower will not count toward your total habitat in the island, so if you have max42 habitats in the island then you stow 1 habitat to the Storage, it will become 41, you can now buy another habitat, now you have max42 again, you can not put back the habitat in the Storage to the island until you stow 1 habitat again to the Storage, then put back the habitat you need. That will save money and time from buying/selling habitat.

Neat, I was not aware of that option! When I need a habitat I don't have, I sell off an Olympus habitat every time because it's not so expensive to purchase and the rebuild is only 6 hours. If I could store it, that would be very cool! I will wait and see what elements the diamond dragon needs, and if it's fire, or plant or lightning, then my Olympus habitat is going into storage.

I've decided when I get a few more gold crowns I will eventually restore plant, lightning and fire so that I can work towards gold crowns for those dragons.

I have been saving up my treats to power up two dragons to level 20 - these will be the winning combo for diamond. I am testing backflips promise 'Level 20 dragons significantly increase your chances towards rare dragons' (or something similar). Here's hoping they are right. If a fall out is another rare dragon, like moon, sun or rainbow, I probably won't do it as I have them already!

I will be closely watching how you go with Diamond using lvl 20 dragons. It will be an interesting exercise!
