Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Goodmorning! (Or Afternoon or evening or night:-D)

I just had the weirdest thing.. First in the cave, BAM!! amethyst on the way. Then my island. I had to feed up a sonic dragon first, put them together to breed:internal error (I've been getting quite a lot of these lately, you guys too?). Returned to my game automatically and guess what? A second amethyst! Amazing and kinda crazy!!

Perhaps the wizards know it is my bday today? :-D

Congrats to those who have their amethyst on the way too and happy breeding everyone!

i had both 48hrs fails from my attempt of amethyst display.. long wait..

Edit: btw, dragon year is going to end soon, not sure how long will the panlong stay will us..

Also got Amethyst 1st attempt. the game description say 28hrs, but it's actually 30hrs. Must be a glitch or program error.

Edit: BFS corrected it now, 28hrs.

Congrats Aries! I also got it on first try couldn't believe it as I only have one Hail thought I was gonna have problems. I'm very happy. Come on Di, sending magic dust to everyone especially as there are some huge times for fails this month

Never thought this would happen but I got the new gemstone dragon on my first try well back to breeding that gold Olympus which I can't seem to get

I am on level 40 and it looks like I am not going on to level 41, don't know how many levels there are, maybe 40 is the highest, I have 7 islands. I love this game, it can be frustrating trying to get the dragons you want, but when you do get them it is an hurray moment.

Well on some of those darn Dragons I have tried 40 or more times, it takes patience, it can be frustrating,

There is an apps that you can download that let's you know all the Dragons and the combinations to breed them. It's a Dragonvale Guide

40 is the current highest level. I hope they add a new element soon. Or maybe they will do a third set of all the dragons. Either way I would be happy. Especially sense I just got my amethyst! And I found out the platinum dragons are worth 6,000,000 dc!! That's not too bad of a fail. A long turnaround time, but at least worth something

So far no luck for me with the new gem dragon. 6 sonic, 4 hail, 3 fog, 2 storm and another two 7 hours breeding in both caves. Sigh. I think the wizard has taken his magic wand and gone for a walk...a very long walk!
