What does"summon dragon" do? It appears to do nothing but make Kairos sit on his perch every few days. And since I accidently "activated" him when he first appeared, I missed what happens then too! Can anyone clearly explain what the two buttons do? Much appreciated!

Activate: Kairos can be activated once every four days using the "Activate" button. Upon activation, activities in the park that require time to complete will be accelerated by six hours.

Gemstone Island and Colosseum are not accelerated.

SummonDragon: The "SummonDragon" button will summon Kairos back to the perch. This option was changed from "Call" in Game Update 1.12
