Do you mean that "Epic Breeding Island"? No, you can breed Epic dragons with the regular Breeding cave as well. The Epic Breeding Island just give you a better percentage to get the epic dragons you want. Also, I read somewhere that the Epic Breeding island was introduced only later in the game so many players actually have gotten epics using the regular Breeding Cave.

There have been a report of people claiming they have seen "Perch of Kairos" in their Market/Habitats.
This is to believe that BFS accidentally push the wrong button and unintentionally revealed it but immediately removed it. Some who have bought it said their race track wont work now.
