I'm always around and lurking in the shadows, so when I hear a comment like 1 or 2 specific people are the glue that holds this forum together I take offense as should others and my reason is sound you see for all the newbies who have not been here for so long as my self and others you need to see the logic there's no 1 person that is the glue of this forum but WE all are the glue and have kept it together since the very beginning and will continue to do so and this is in no way intended as offensive but as logical , all that post and help an chat about DV an other topics are what binds this forum together and I like to call this a family and family sticks together no matter what and that is why we all are the glue that truly keeps this forum afloat it's our caring , kindness and friendships that make this the most decent and kindest and fun loving community in all of the Internet. Yes you are all missed and will return soon so stay happy an continue to Breed on!!!! :) #1 family and forum!

I don't know what happened but every night I go to finish my colloseum event and my metal in my metal event wasn't there to collect. I'm not sure whether I got any gems but it went straight to an open air event. Any insight? What the?

Just popping in to say hi. Have been reading and trying to keep up, but we are visiting family so not much time to respond much. Congrats to all getting success in breeding. Got my first 36h today, super excited about that. Once a second is born I plan to ask for a custom plan from Master Fletch. Was really interesting the silver plan he made. Cheers to everyone!

Thats awesome Shirley!! Congrats! :D

Wow Can't believe that 2 key member of the forum are gone. I am so shocked and confused and want to stand by my DV family members no matter what.
I need to seriously consider my next course of action.

Welcome tothe Islands of Dragonika. A wonderful collection of islands showcasing theamazing lives of dragons!

The Island ofTnissil
Here we warpin through our one and only egg portal! This is a totem letting people knowthat the breathtaking Epic breeding Island can be seen off in the distance.Only the most prolific of dragon breeders visit this island. As you enter theisland you have a choice of 2 directions. You can head north past the VernalFountains to see the Breeding Arena. This is where we have bred many of ourwonderful dragons and hatched them with tender loving care. Our breedingWizards are on hand 24/7 to ensure the dragons are well tendered to and thehatchery is kept at an even temperature to ensure perfect egg hatchingconditions. To the right you will find the Dragon Vacation Facility. This iswhere our dragons go when they need some R and R. Here, they are treated tomassages, they have their claws clipped, their scales polished and their furbrushed J

Aftervisiting the breeding arena, you canhead South to see our one of a kind gem tree! Gifted to us as a small shrubfrom a wizard passing through the islands. It grew to be an amazing tree thatsprouts gems quite regularly. We harvest these regularly and send them toneighbouring islands to help with their progress. Our gem tree is guarded by 6of the rarest dragons… The Rainbow dragon! They hover gracefully over thegolden paths of sbuħija qawsalla protecting the gem baring tree. Thisstops any would be thieves from even considering stealing the precious gems.

The Island ofIstaguni
Be prepared! This island showcases the seasonal dragons that the Breeding Wizards workedhard to breed for the weeks a year they can be hatched. Because they are sorare, we keep a baby, a juvenile and an adult on display so our visitors cansee the dragons in all their stages of life. All except the pride and joy ofthe island, the highly coveted Leap Year Dragon! Covered in golden scales, thishighly elusive dragon could only be bred for a very short time once every 4years!! Many other breeders went a little crazy in the hunt for this dragon, but for the lucky few who managed to breed one (or two), these magnificent beasts hold a special place in their parks.
Along themeandering marble paths, you will see habitats containing such dragons as theReindeer dragon (available to be bred in December), the Love dragon (availableto be bred in February, the Bone dragon (available in October) and the Cloverdragon (available to be bred in March).
The Panlongdragon is slightly different to the rest. It can be bred all year, but onlythis year. Strange that it coincides with the year of the Dragon, don’t youthink? It is nearly as illusive to breed as the Rainbow, however, and is highlydesirable!
New to ourisland is the Bloom dragon! This brilliant beast was only recently bred and ithas been determined that it can only be bred around the beginning of spring. Itcan be found in the Lightning habitat in all phases of its life.

Island of Sema Baħar Ġlata
Welcome tothe land of sea, sky and frost! As you enter this island proudly standing inthe centre is rare Moon dragon. She embodies all elements of this island andprotects it. As you wander the island you will see various dragons from theair, water and cold. There is great magic at work on this island. The coldhabitats needed to stay below freezing for optimal conditions for the colddragons, but this could not seep over to the water habitats as they wouldfreeze. Likewise with the water not running into the air habitat and causing itto rain. Its quite hard to fly in the rain you know! There are many magicalbarriers are in place, but they do not take away from the overall appeal of theisland.

Island of Ġganti u Logħob
The biggestevent of our islands are the Colosseum Games! Leading up to the colosseum youcan see the statues of the most prolific dragons to ever have graced thecolosseum floor! At the base of each statue, a small plaque can be found withinformation not only of the dragon , but the element as well.
As you walktowards the giant stadium, a flag of each element that competes at the gamescan be viewed. Overseeing the games, are two Sun dragons. They have a dualpurpose. They prevent any cheating from going on and keep the visitors warmduring the colder months. Also locatedon the island is a library, for any visitors wanting to know more, a buffet forthe hungry hoards at the games and an Inn for a brew or 2 with a friend whilstdiscussing the games J
Island 4.webp
Island of Falsifikazzjoni
The Forgeryisland! A new dragon element was recently discovered, the Metal dragon! It wasdiscovered after the volcano appeared on this island. We believe the metaldragon was forged by wizard within the magical fires of what is now known as MtForn. According to the Great Dragon Archives, located in the library on Ġganti u Logħob, the Metal dragons are closely related tothe earth dragons. We found it essential to have these two habitats closetogether to get the best show from our dragons on display. Around Mt Forn, youcan see the Shards of Tull. These also only appeared after the metal dragonsappeared. The fire habitats were created after the smaller volcanos popped upafter a small earthquake ruptured the earth. We took full advantage of this andplaced our fire dragons here and created a mystical barrier so the fires andvolcanos wouldn’t spread across the island.

Island of Agrikoltura
To the last island in our archipelago. This is where all our wizards live. From the magicians to the breeders to the horticulturists. This is a peaceful little island with several villas and thatched huts to accommodate our wizards. They work very hard to keep the dragons in check. Here we also have several farms that grow the food that keeps these hungry beasts placated. Close by is a small pond that is fed from an underground well that keeps a good supply of water to the farms. At the portal entrance another small, unkept path was found. This meandering path leads past many unusual shrubs and formations not seen altogether anywhere else. At the end of this path a wonderful fountain with sparkling clear water was discovered along with a big surprise… Another Leap Year Dragon! It is believed he watches over this magical place that has been found to transform adult dragons back into babies! Nearby is a small hill with a door in it. A ‘dogen’. Inside is an ancient wizard who keeps watch over the fountain, keeping its water pure. He has resided here for many, many years alone, which we have realized is how he likes it. He has put up a ward, since we visited, that stops people in their tracks. They reach a certain point and for some reason turn around. If you wander this path, you will find yourself turned around aswell.

This has happened to me twice

The bloom dragons is 13 hours, you can see the breeding times in the description of all the dragons in the market part of your game. Thats the Market icon at bottom right of your game screen. A 48 hour is a rare dragon, either a sun, a moon or a rainbow. So congrats on your rare if this is your first one.

Thanks for that, had no idea the timings where in there and I've been playing for ages. Nah, I have many of all the rares I hope this isn't another rainbow.

I was just thinking the same thing... It is not just one or two people that has kept this together but everyone on here... I may not have been here from day 1. But I was here before they came on and this community was just as strong then as it will be tomorrow... They brought their own special gifts just as everyone brings theirs... Please do not dwell on the fact that they r gone... Remember them and play on.. There r a lot of wonderful people on here and that should be recognized... We r what keeps this together... So if we keep moving forward so will this wonderful community that I have come to love whole heartedly... Please keep on keeping on and do not forget that there is more fun and friendships to be made down the road...
And do not forget about some really cool dragons!!!!!

Great posts Brooklyn and Tricia. I agree it's sad to have lost members but I was also here before they joined and it was a fantastic welcoming place before then too :-)
