Does Pavtube function like Toast?

I am looking for an alternative to Toast 11 which can burn blu-ray movies onto BD-R disks.
Does Pavtube just rip blu-ray or will it allow one to burn the rip onto BD-R disks that can be played on blu-ray players or PS3 ?

If Pavtube doesn't do that, does anyone know of a software alternative to Toast 11 on a Mac ?
