I guess you'd have to copy all of them. My laptop is being fixed at the moment, so I can't get the most accurate answer. But if you have a memory chip, it shouldnfit into the charger end of your iPad 2.
 
Hi devo-welcome to the forum.

I am sure there are several ways to sync your outlook contacts, but the easiest way for me was to set my outlook email account using the native email app on my iPad. When you do this, you can toggle on/off your outlook calendar and contacts to sync. This worked and showed up immediately without difficulty.
