Outlook contacts and iTunes are not on the same computer. How do I transfer?

I have Outlook on my business computer and iTunes on my private laptop. My Palm Tx recently died and coincidentally I received an iPad as a Christmas present so it really important I get these contacts on another portable device.

How can I get my Outlook 2003 contacts to my iPad if I sync my iPad on a different laptop than what Outlook is on? Both laptops are running Win XP.

Whew! My mind is spinning.

Any advice is appreciated.
