Deleting Pictures

Here's my observations. The photos I synced via iTunes cannot be deleted . While photos I downloaded via dropbox can. If deleting photos synced via iTunes can be deleted. Please teach me .

Delete photos

Same here. Puts a checkmark on the photo but the red delete button does not respond.
