Delete all calendar events at one time

How do I delete the calendar events in one swoop? Thanks.

To delete them all at once, you'd have to disable Calendars in your email account, and not use it again, or, in the Calendar app, delete the Calendar/unmark it.

Supposedly that's not exactly what you want to do.

Maybe you could give more information so that we're able to help you - is it an iCloud calendar, or a different account? Do you intend to use that calendar again afterwards? Is your software up to date? The latest iOS is 7.1.1.

Hi, Johanna,

Well, guess what? After I took a break from the computer and iPads (been at it over 12 hours), I read your reply and started mucking about in the Calendar app and found where I could check/uncheck the different calendars. Poof! All the stuff I wanted gone IS gone! Yayyy!

Now I feel a little silly, as the fix was very easy. That being said, I do think that little break helped me look at the problem with your information and fresh eyes.

Thanks for your help with this problem. I hope I'm okay for now.
