Cydia "Manage Account" not working?

Is anyone else able to go into Cydia and then into "Manage Account" in order to review their purchases, etc? I haven't been able to do that for about 2 days now (just get a blank screen)... Curious if it's just me or if there is a bigger Cydia issue...
