No Lock Screen Cydia tweak does not work

I have tried the no lock screen tweak from Cydia and I cannot get it to work. I still get the "slider page" every time. Does anyone else have this issue? I wasn't able to find anything in either Google search or this forum. I am running 5.0.1 on a jailbroken iPad 2.

I uninstalled and reinstalled no lock screen and still it does not work. I rebooted after installing just to be sure. *It is enabled in settings and there's nothing to set in winter board like there is in 5 row keyboard so I am not sure why it isn't working.

I put it on the charger for afew hours while I went to a graduation party and when I came back it now appears to be functioning properly. Go figure???
