'Manage' tab missing in Cydia

Hi there

Have just rejailbroken my ipad 1 using the latest jailbreakme 3.0. Cydia loads fine but when I look at the bottom where Sections, Chnages, Installed, Sources etc are there is no 'Manage' tab.

Has something gone wrong with the install or has this been moved to somewhere else?

On the iPad, the tab is named "Sources." It's on the iPod Touch/iPhone that you get the "Manage" tab.
