Copy part of a pdf and paste it as an image?

In Acrobat you can use the snapshot tool to copy part of a pdf and paste it as an image into Word or Paint, etc.

Is there an app that does this on iPad?

I still haven't found one. This would be a very useful thing for an app to do!
