I know i can browse previous threads on this...but i feel my problem on calendar issue is a bit different....i just bought my ipad2 few months back and only sync with my laptop just once ( when it was few weeks old)...after that no more....im so depress right now...to see my calendar entries are gone!!! Most of the entries are gone....but some are still there!!! I think this is not sync problem since i have not sync it with my laptop for a long time! Im sure that i have not delete it. but few days back i bought 3g line for my ipad...before this i always use wifi connection- is it something to do with this?

Why is it missing just like that? How to solve this.....rite now im thinking to sell off my ipad....im so frustrated to the max!!! What a rip off!!!

Btw i have try - all event settings, turning on calendar on icloud, show all calendar but no avail!!!
When i launch my calendar - it seems like my 3g loading something and then it stop! Is it possible the data is too large- because some of my entries are repeated every year....i really hope to get back my entries PLEASE HELP ME thank you in advance.

Not sure if this is the same issue, but I am using an ipad version 1. I was backing up to icloud. My calendar started dumping all single occurrence events on the ipad once the event passed. This appears to have begun at the last software upgrade. icloud had all the events, but my ipad did not. Went to local apple store. Spoke with 6 people, including 2 at the genius bar. No help, and no clue. They elevated it to apple engineering who were supposed to contact me...that was over a week ago. They never called. Today, I tripped over what I believe was the cause. It appears that the software upgrade reset some settings. I was setting up a gmail account and discovered that when I went into "Settings" - "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" under "Calendars", "Sync" was set to "Events 2 weeks back". I changed this setting to "All Events" and...ta da! My ipad calendar is restored with all my entries! I hope this helps some folks out.
Regards,
Bill L.
