Jailbreak me.com most likely doesn't support boot logo change so you may have to restore and use greenpoison to your iPad.

Bootlogo doesnt work for me. I have an ipad2 and used jailbreakme.com so there was no question about replacing boot logos..
Is there any hope for me?

I saw a tweak the other day that claims to enable boot logos on other devices. Let me see if I can find it.
