Bluetooth connection to a Jabra 250 headset

I'm able to make a connection between my iPad4 via Bluetooth and my Jabra 250 headset.
The iPad says there is a connection with Jabra 250 and the pin-code is accepted.
However sound is not directed to the headset but is still coming from the iPad speaker.
What do I have to do to get video sound etcetera to the headset instead of the built in speaker?

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I'm having the identical problem using my Jawbone ERA. It's paired, just can't figure out how to get the sound to play from the headset instead of the speaker.
