Bit off advice please ?

A friend has just asked me to put some music on her ipad version 6.1.3
But will not connect to itunes ?

Try changing the USB port, try restarting the PC / iPad . Or restart the PC with the iPad connected maybe itunes will recognize it now.

Make sure that the latest version of iTunes is installed on the computer.

Charge the iPad if it's low on power.

Delete and reinstall iTunes on the computer, if nothing else suggested so far works.
