Ha ha ha - I swear they look at what you have, when they set the container targets. I just got cakes and radio components, and have neither.
Can upgrade for cake though, but can hardly make it on time.

It's odd that you can't see who helped fill a container... Kinda pointless when it comes reciprocating another players efforts.
