Hi Joby,

Tori here from iTunes Support. I understand that you play the game 'Big Business', and despite 'actively participating' have not yet been eligible for the daily prizes because you are not within the top 100 players. You have contacted the apps developers, but they have not been co-operating. I am sorry for this inconvenience, Joby, I know that you would like this taken care of as soon as possible.

I have to apologize though. iTunes cannot comment or provide support for content sold or offered from within apps. In apps and special gifts offered from within apps are completely sold from and managed by the app developers themselves. I am very sorry that they have not been helpful.

I have been playing the Big Business game for a few months now. Their support is awful and always takes weeks to reply to complaints. Recently in the game, they offered prizes for anyone 'actively participating' in daily contests. However, prizes are only given outto the top 100 players daily. Despite emailing a query direct to Game Insight, I have had no reply 5 days later. Can you help?

I also emailed them by sending screen shot from album and attaching to actually email. It looks like you submitted a ticket

Thanks for trying to help.... I've spent a shed load of money on this game. Mainly because I am so impatient and can't wait for things to happen!

Just a heads up, I removed your Apple ID and email address as it was there for the entire world to see and steal.........good luck with iTunes, I think that Kel's advice is excellent.

I have re-emailed with more detail and a screenshot. Lets see what happens this time.

The not responding is different to closing a ticket without response. My screen shot did show that support were unwilling to help me on any of my issues. I included details of glitches in the game etc etc... Good luck

Badgered them (gi)with emails saying I'm losing precious time and unable to do etc etc. having said that it took them more than 2
Days to sort it out. It also meant all the work and achievements done in those two days were lost.

I approve. However, what evidence can you reasonably expect? Should they release someone's transactions records just because we are curious? I assume it might be illegal to do so. Would you be satisfied if they say "yes, we checked our records and they show that she was purchasing credits?"

Yes that would be fine. I would like confirmation that there are no cheats within the game that invalidate game playing. If Mocka is spending real cash on the game then fine. But this is not a one-off and, whilst I have not done the math, this is an incredibly large in app spend on Cacao Beans....I think this is cheating and so would welcome confirmation from GI that it is not...

I have badgered them, daily! It's been 11 days since I first submitted a ticket. There was an initial follow-up after 2 days followed by total silence. I even started a separate ticket complaining about the first ticket. Again, silence.

I've carried on playing despite the loss of the terminal and made over 3 million coins. Also getting close to stage 4 for the ET. If I lose it all because of their delay in responding to my repeated requests for help, I will do whatever I can to initiate legal recourse. I have kept all the screenshots of ignored tickets. Should be an interesting challenge taking GI on. After all, I'm retired and have tons of time.

Currently ranked 13 in the all-time wealthiest just because I'm just churning out coins and not taking part much in the challenges. It'll all go to nought soon, alas.

I'm sorry everyone is having such a rotten time. Makes me a sad panda. I am looking forward to the end of the Easter event. Hope it'll be awhile before they have something else to chase/do. Want to focus on getting to 7mil coin.
