Restored my terminal and pop is almost done (430)

Is there anything I should be saving my Elite Rubies for? To me, it looks like the best thing available is the Dolphinarium, but I don't want to spend 10 rubies on that to find out I should have been saving the for something else or that there is something better out there to buy. Any thoughts?

I'm impressed - not reading forum for few days ( due to easter celebration) and now over 50 pages to catch up

You know, guys, I was probably lucky because I did not encounter any major bugs in BB. The biggest one was the disappearing letters to Santa. Anyway, on those few occasions I contacted GI, I always got a response within 2 days. Moreover, they seemed to be anxious to receive a confirmation that the problem was solved. When they gave me back my rubies I did not reply right away so they kept sending me emails asking whether I got them or not and whether I was satisfied. True story.

I approve. However, what evidence can you reasonably expect? Should they release someone's transactions records just because we are curious? I assume it might be illegal to do so. Would you be satisfied if they say "yes, we checked our records and they show that she was purchasing credits?"

They closed my ticket again after I had asked why they closed my previous ticket... I want to respond with " Dont worry I have contacted Apple and been compensated for your lack of support" but I don't want to be banned/blocked ..

I will be writing Apple today about the needing to place to get the egg. Got a Yana response to today saying you need to place to get an egg. I replied that is not what the rules say. If they know the word place when answering a complaint then why didn't they state that on the rules instead of to be active. Hope I can get a refund like the rest of you.

I must admit I was surprised they refunded every purchase I had made, ( 14 separate purchase in total £31 GBP) they advice me to contact GI again and any issues I should contact apple again but tbh I have just got all my money back so I'm really not fussed what GI say lol

How did you contact Apple? I went to support and tried to submit a ticket but it said my email was invalid. I entered my ITunes email address. Is there someplace else to try. Also I couldn't find how to enclose screen shots.

So far you can purchase only what you see in the shop. If you are building the ET then you might need a couple of them at some point.
If you are planning on playing every day you will end up with lots of rubies. Splurge away!
