Grrrr....just fat-fingered a plot of land for $25! And that was all I had :-(

Oh no! Trust me, I feel your pain. I've blown about 70 city credits during 3 such incidents over the time I've been playing. Horrible feeling.

Oh yeah - that once costed me around 30-40 credits for upgrading a confectionary plant to level 3 or 4. THAT I have had to compartamentalise

For me it was 6 days. It shows 4 days and 19 hours right now.
I did not place with pet food, I bought one egg and swapped two more, then the third challenge came along. It was the Oops moment. Choices and consequences.
I agree that " take active part in the contests and build..."is not the best wording. I thought winning was implied because it is the contest after all. It is supposed to be an achievement. Otherwise, why bother with contests at all? They could just send every player 7 eggs.

I'm thinking i will set another 4 off before I go to bed and hopefully get up to collect befote the contest is finished, hopefully I'll remember... Madness eh?

I guess from my perspective, it's just crappy of them to entice us to give away our eggs as gifts, not tell us each person can only place three egg buildings (I wonder how many eggs were wasted that way), then turn around and only give us 6 contests to earn back our eggs.
