In the United States, 3G service is available through a breakthrough deal with AT&T. You choose the amount of data per month you want to buy — 250MB or 2GB... Best of all, there’s no long-term contract.
It suddenly dawned on me why this is a "breakthrough deal." No contract allows them to change the terms and conditions at a whim and also allows them to do so without being accountable to previous promises made during "breakthrough deals" made last week.
