So, if you are debating whether to upgrade to iOS 7.0.6 in order to jail break - or if you need to restore your iPad to iOS 7.0.6 in order to have a fresh iOS (cause you updated via Apple's over-the-air (OTA) method on the iPad) - you may want to get to iOS 7.0.6 ASAP.
The open window for upgrading/restoring to iOS 7.0.6 is going to be gone in less than 24 hours, I'll bet. Or less. Once Apple stops signing iOS 7.0.6, your only option will be to upgrade/restore to iOS 7.0.6.
Those of you already on iOS 7.0.6 and/or jail broken, you're fine. Just don't upgrade to iOS 7.1.
The reason I'm writing this is because, as of today, there is NO jail break for iOS 7.1. And no one knows if iOS 7.1 can be jail broken, let alone when.
