Apple account sign in problem

i am having a big problem trying too sign into my account, I am trying to get into the app store but it will not accept my login. So I have tried too go through account recovery which takes days, the promised phone call at a precise time just didn't occure. What do I do next all I want too do is download the facebook app ?

I've been trying everything for over 7 days now, I went for account recovery and Apple booked a home phone call with me which didn't happen.

Have you tried contacting Apple again? They are usually very reliable.
