Any way to repair a wrinkled charger without buying a new one?

Hi, I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions of fixing a wrinkled iPad charger that I have, it doesn't charge very good because it's wrinkled at the top of it, is their any way to fix this without buying a new charger?

I would say that if the charger is damaged in any way you should replace it as electrickery is a dangerous thing to mess about with. Maybe you could get it to an Apple Store, if you are really lucky they might replace it for you.
