I don't have a server rack and I'm pretty sure dispatcher consoles can't be gifted.
You can make a signature for this forum by going to 'settings' and then 'edit signature'. This way people can easily see what you need.

Stabilisers cost 3 and powerful bolts 9, so you do save by getting them from the airship.
