Will be sorry to see you go but hope GI can help and we don't lose you. Am sure we can all supply screenshots of your airport if needed, or maybe not i just checked and I can't find you as a neighbour. It's happened to others and I don't think it was resolved
captain flop (level 34) duty free items especially choc candies (the square box), passengers, fuel, repair items. Thank you, I love u all

Oh no that's dreadful. I hope that there is a solution. Will miss you if you have to go. I can still visit your old airport so if you need screen shots I'm sure one of us can provide.
Sian and David (level 35) Have the usual plus mower, ATM, whiskey, welder, radar, sandbag, towel, video wall, googles, cognac, stapler, power source, makeup, cash counter, lining plate, cooling chamber, master plan, gyroscope, controller. Need dfs especially whiskey, earrings, eau de toilette, skin care, perfume or flight items. Thank you.

It's not a problem of communication between me and you - many members of this forum can't visit your game. It's a serious restriction of game's functionality. In my opinion you should contact GI to solve this problem.
I've joined you. It's time for me to go to sleep so I'll add more points tomorrow

It's a nightmare what happened to you, but don't lose heart! GI was able to restore UsBourkes' city, so they'll restore yours. Push them permanently! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I feel your pain,exactly the same thing happened to me before. Gi weren't able to sort my game out so I re started. Are you playing on iPad? You may be able to restore your game but it didn't work for me. I was lucky people helped me re build with gifts but gi threw me a few bucks and that was the extent of their help. If you have to start from scratch we'll help you build back up. Get on to g I to see what they can do for you,good luck!

Just received a response from GI regarding both the lack of access to free $ for IOS users and the abominable drop rates for the quest. Here is the reply:
"Thank you for writing back to me! I'm glad to work with you!
So, don't worry about the free cash for the game. We aware that our players on iOS devices want to have more ways to receive bonus. Yes, we are working on it and assure you that as soon as possible something new will appear in the game. As for video offers, we have prepared many of them!
Concerning the matter with new event and quests. Oh, yes, I completely understand your position. That's why I have transferred your request to our developers and received a reply, which I would like to share with you. The quest was properly tested before and after the release and once again upon receiving your inquiry and no errors have been found, all the items eventually appear in the game. The drop rate is a game feature and it is supposed to be a real challenge to complete these quests.
Please, don't give up trying and you will definitely succeed! This is a game."
So, for all of us that are not receiving anything when we tap 50 butterflies, just relax. It's a game. It's a game we're wasting a lot of time and money on but relax. They've designed it this way. You only need to spend every minute of your day working on this to achieve success. Relax......
