54 taps on butterflies this morning got me 4 nets. Those 4 nets caught 0 butterflies. I don't think I'll be completing 2 collections in 2 days!!!! This is ridiculous GI!!!!!!

Exactly the same for me, this one is impossible!

I haven't been able to come here for a while.

Thanks a lot for your gifts. I tried to send back things you need, hope I didn't mix things up.

I was lucky enough to end the butterfly collection. I have noticed that if you visit friends you are not used to visit, with "high level" over 30 it worked better. For instance if I visited Frannie one day and I visit her the next day I didn't get any nest the second time. However if I visited friends I never visit I always get 1 or 2 nests. Then I did the trick to shut off the Internet and also when I get a butterfly I always waited a few hours before trying again.

I cross my fingers for all of you

Oh I'm really sorry to hear that. That's why nobody visits me anymore. Unfortunately I don't know what can be done about this particular issue. I'm afraid GI will mess things worse if I try to contact them.

Just tested and yes you hanging when we try to visit worth reporting as you might get money back....

Launched my game last nite and discovered to my horror that the game has reset itself to level ZERO. Was at Level 33 and everything that has been built thus far, land expansion, planes, are all GONE.

Am sending a ticket to GI but not expecting them to be able to do anything about it.

If they can't restore the game to the previous level, dun think I'll be able start all over again. It'll be sad to give up the game, and I will definitely miss the community here, especially the regulars including JBG364, Sian & David, Fannie, Red Dog, Captain Flop, Fred123 and others who are always ready to help send gifts and advise on strategy for the game.

In the mean time, please do not send me any gifts until further notice. Thank you.

This is awful! I hope they can figure out how to restore your game! We would miss you if you left but I totally understand not wanting to start all over again.

Question: Someone (sorry, can't remember who) mentioned they lost a treadmill from the butterfly quest when they launched a rocket. Has anyone else had the same thing happen? I'm ready to launch but don't want to lose a treadmill this close to the end of the quest!

That happened to me. And just by the way, you will lose all three treadmills when you complete the butterfly quest. GI giveth with one hand and taketh with the other.
