I sent a request yesterday to be your neighbor. I used Bilove. I just tried Nhim beo and that gave me an error. See whether you see me under neighbors waiting. You have to accept me for us to become neighbors. Right now I can see all my neighbor names, but I know that won't last. You are not listed as one of my neighbors.

The description is a bit dodgy as it appears that we get to see old versions, but I'm now level 32, but could be lower in your listing. I have 2 green multistory (green buildings) in the top left corner, with 3 bearing wall houses in front of the town hall. I have power stations along the bottom long edge of my airstrip, with unis/stadia to the left and 2 car showrooms in the middle....
