Not sure why we can't visit some blank friends. I suppose it's possible that they deleted your name because it was blank. I had deleted everyone and then started adding back. Some people I had a problem doing that with. I suppose if you can't visit them, then you can either just not visit them until things are fixed ( hard to figure out why that is if you don't know who are). Also, you could delete only the blanks you cannot visit for sure.

I am leaving the neighbors who have names (haven't updated) but I can't visit b/c I can gift them specific things which is nice!

I still seem to be getting the same amount of gifts as I got previously. Hoping things clear up soon.

I actually think we should all send a support request I. To say we want an update on the ESTIMATED time of next update... Are we talking 1 week or 1 month?!!? Just like when they have maintenance problems on a flight we passengers sure want to be kept up to date!

Question for those of you who have built a university (or two)... Are you continuing the relentless flights to university cities or are you back to normal? I have 2 universities now and was planning on resuming "normal" flight operations for everything but my lone turboprop. I'm focused on visiting them now.

are more items dropping from visited universities or from your own universities?

I went until I had 5 universities. I had the room and it sped up the quest. I am sure I will delete some later on.
