None of my neighbor names have disappeared, guess I must have gotten lucky. I usually gift from the gift icon but sent all gifts for the day so not sure if names are gone from there. I just tried adding you Pinkel to see if I can visit you. Not able to visit crewman even though we are both updated and already neighbors.

Yep, we are friends and I visited you. I was even allowed to send 7 presents, while I already have sent 20 presents today.
The whole game is a mess, or as I call it in dutch: EEN PUINHOOP

Lost a whole bunch of names so just done a random gift run - hope some of you got something useful. In general I sent flight supplies as we'll all need them at some point...

I too updated. I see some of my neighbors but not all yet. Or should I say not most yet. So my gifts today are a bit random. Lets see how things shake out. I bet once you update you see neighbors who also have updated.

Update Issue- Here is what I think I found. If I delete someone and then re-add them and both of us have taken the update, I can visit their city. If not, they show UPDATE REQUIRED. Is anyone finding the same thing?

i haven't been able to visit any neighbours since my update.
does that mean i have to delete and re-add everyone, or should i wait it out and hope they fix this soon.

I think everyone should hold off from doing anything for today. I would think that this will get fixed either as everyone updates or when GI figures out it is messed up. I'm not see you can re-add someone as a neighbor. Lets see what happens tomorrow.

Ok, so another test... As of this post some of the neighbors who I do see on my list are:

So is this a list of folks who haven't yet updated? Maybe so since Si Col was out of wiFi for a while. Hmm, if that's the case, they need an update for the update!
