Hey all,


Well I updated to iOS 6.1.2, did my jailbreak with full backup. And guess what. My game is still stuffed. It seems to me that the game is battling to connect to the GI servers. I have no idea why as everything else on my ipad works fine. So I can't visit anyone, I get notifications of gifts, but I don't get them, and I am stuck with a launch I cannot access. I sent out a ticket to GI as soon as it happened, but no response. So I think it is an access issue.

So sad as it has taken all the fun out of the game for me.

Sounds very similar to the problems I get on the iPhone version. Tried adding you on the iPad but just get the "promo-code not valid" response!

Not your fault at all. Seems to have happened to a lot of people. Just pees me off that GI can't get a stable build. So now just wasting my time getting coins and upgrading. It is a bit rubbish because I can only finish the local quests.

Zyzol, what sort of bug on the iPhone are you experiencing? I play two games, one on iPad and one on iPhone. I upgraded to v1.11 of the game yesterday. (I skipped the first update, 1.10, that came out after Valentines quest). Now, my iPhone game (username: pdxsk3) will not visit neighbors, the "Add Friend" tab is gone, and connectivity to GI won't work (example is I can't send gifts and the 300% sale doesn't show up)

Everything is ok on my iPad game though. I am wondering if it has something to do with me using the same Apple ID on both devices, although I tried a new one on my iPhone but that didn't fix (not to mention screws up other things like my purchased apps).

I put in a ticket to GI and got a relply of "try resetting the game by closing down properly and powering off then on your iPhone"...ummm..that's what I tried first! Now I play the waiting game for help.
